Tier I — Continuity Oversight

Designed for stable properties with limited annual contractor activity.

Tier II — Active Asset Stewardship

Includes everything in Tier I, plus:

  • Capital work observation and reporting
  • Maintenance planning coordination
  • Quarterly Asset Health Reports
  • Expanded escalation and closure tracking

Purpose: Maintain structured supervision during active periods.

Tier III — Comprehensive Private Asset Oversight

Designed for complex, multi-structure properties with ongoing capital programs or elevated oversight requirements.
Includes everything in Tier II, plus:

  • Major capital project governance and verification

  • Executive-level reporting
