Warranty Review & Technical Coordination
Review items against applicable warranty coverage and available project records. Coordinate specialist assessments and engineering responses, including reviews of 7-year major structural defect claims.
Trade Assignment & Work Planning
Translate audit findings into practical worklists, assign proposed responsibilities and organize priorities, access requirements and repair sequencing.
Repair Coordination & Field Follow-Through
Coordinate trades and site reviews, track reported repairs and document conditions requiring further attention or technical confirmation.
PATS Tracking & Project Records
Maintain Performance Audit Tracking Sheets, preserving original descriptions while organizing updates, photographs, correspondence and supporting documents.
Reporting & Resolution Support
Keep management informed of progress, outstanding decisions and unresolved items. Assemble supporting evidence and coordinate the follow-up required to seek agreement on closure.
