Blair MacNeill brings over two decades of leadership in residential and mixed-use construction, spanning senior project management, executive roles, and QA oversight with Ontario’s leading developers.
His career includes directing major projects at The Daniels Corporation, Madison Homes, Reliance Construction, and One Properties — and serving as CEO of FirstCon Group.
He has guided teams through the entire development cycle: entitlement, design development, preconstruction, tendering, construction, and post-occupancy. Blair has also overseen proformas, schedules, and consulting teams on landmark projects, including Daniels’ Regent Park Revitalization.
At StrongCon, Blair strengthens our QA and compliance framework with senior-level oversight of complex construction challenges. He reviews contracts, advises site teams, and provides pragmatic solutions that balance developer goals with operational realities. Known for technical depth and decisive leadership, Blair ensures clients gain foresight, accountability, and confidence in the success of their projects.
